Dalgaranga is Ramelius’ newest long life, high‑grade underground mine, located northwest of Mount Magnet. With the Never Never and Pepper deposits, it strengthens long‑term production and feeds the Mount Magnet hub, supporting Ramelius’ long‑term growth strategy.

The Role
As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead and develop both the electrical maintenance team and the broader maintenance department at Dalgaranga. You’ll ensure electrical assets remain safe, compliant and available when production needs them, while coordinating and supporting maintenance activities across the department. You’ll plan and prioritise work, support your teams in the field, and work closely with Operations to keep the mine running reliably. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard for safety, quality and fault finding, and who gets the best out of their people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, roster and develop the electrical team, building a strong safety and performance culture
• Plan, schedule and prioritise preventative and breakdown electrical maintenance
• Oversee maintenance across the paste plant, surface infrastructure, village and mobile and fixed plant
• Make sure all work complies with Mines Regulations, site standards and electrical safety requirements
• Support the team with fault finding and root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements
• Review job records and maintenance data in Pronto, and manage stock and spares requirements
• Work with Operations and other trades to plan shutdowns and minimise downtime
• Manage contractors and call-out arrangements
• Lead safety activities including inspections, risk assessments and incident follow-up
• Promptly attend to call outs on a rotational basis
• Ensure job records are completed thoroughly and promptly in Pronto, and stock requirements are communicated effectively
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance team culture

About You
You’re an experienced electrician and leader who puts safety first, communicates clearly and leads by example. You’re organised, hands-on and comfortable making decisions to keep critical assets performing.

You will bring:

• Current WA A Grade electrical licence
• Section 26 Certification
• Ability to act as the site Electrical Nominee
• Previous experience in processing, paste plant and non-process infrastructure (NPI) on a mine site.
• Strong fault-finding skills and sound knowledge of Mines Regulations and wiring rules
• HV Switching ticket (highly regarded)
• Cert IV in Instrumentation
• Experience with maintenance planning and a CMMS such as Pronto (desirable)
• A current WA C Class (manual) driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access
