Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance works at the project site.
• Manage and coordinate electricians and electrical workers.
• Ensure electrical works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor installation of cables, conduits, cable trays, panels, lighting, and electrical equipment.
• Inspect completed electrical works and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other MEP teams.
• Plan daily work activities and monitor project progress.
• Check electrical materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues at the site.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Ensure work is completed within the required schedule and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and installation practices.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and site procedures.
