Electrical Supervisor

Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor who thrives in challenging industrial projects? With us, you will take part in diverse and exciting assignments where you can further develop your expertise while ensuring high-quality project execution.

You’ll play a central role in overseeing electrical and instrumentation installations, making sure everything is safe, reliable, and delivered on time. At Prohoc, we want you to focus on your work — we’ll take care of the rest and give you the team’s full support.

Location: Finland

As an Electrical Supervisor you will:

• Oversee electrical and instrumentation installations, such as wiring, control panels, sensors, valves, and measurement systems.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate and support installation teams locally and internationally to keep schedules and quality on track.
• Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure systems operate correctly.
• Solve technical issues quickly and effectively during installation phases.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage.
