Salary: ₹22,000–₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance and operations in our foam manufacturing unit. The candidate should have good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety practices to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities in the foam production unit.
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, motors, panels, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical installations and control panels.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records and breakdown reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and workplace standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Knowledge of motors, electrical panels, wiring, and control circuits.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to identify electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Exposure to foam manufacturing machinery and related electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and automation systems.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Candidates with hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience are preferred.
