Electrical Supervisor

• Payout : $102,000–$120,000 annually; bonus eligible.

Role Overview:

Lead safe, reliable plant electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation activities while serving as technical lead for power distribution and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution, instruments, controls, drives, and automation.
• Lead maintenance and capital work, contractors, startups, shutdowns, and emergency troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate work, maintenance, as-built, and modification records.
• Drive reliability improvement through preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Enforce lockout/tagout, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and plant safety requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Journeyman electrician license or equivalent industrial certification.
• Ten or more years of industrial electrical experience and familiarity with NFPA 70E.
• Multi-voltage power-distribution, motor-control, variable-frequency-drive, instrumentation, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communications troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with computerized maintenance-management systems, mixed/aging control infrastructure, and technical-team leadership.
• Ability to work in industrial conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and support occasional off-shift or emergency work.
• Education in electrical engineering, electrical technology, industrial electrical work, or a related field is preferred.

Required respiratory PPE may require a clean-shaven seal area to pass qualitative and quantitative fit testing, where lawful.
