Role Description The Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Haifa. This position is responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include planning and assigning work to electrical technicians, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance on electrical engineering issues. The Electrical Supervisor will inspect installations and repairs, troubleshoot electrical faults, and verify compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations. The role also involves coordinating with project managers and other departments, maintaining documentation of maintenance and inspection activities, and supporting continuous improvement in electrical reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task planning, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Electrical Maintenance and Electricity, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to industrial or commercial environments.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience working with Electrical Equipment, including installation, inspection, and safe operation.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
