Job Summary

AGUA NEXUS Facilities Management L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the execution of electrical works for industrial, MEP, water treatment, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will supervise site teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure compliance with project specifications, and deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this position.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation and maintenance activities on site.
• Lead electricians and technicians, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and shop drawings.
• Ensure electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Plan manpower deployment and monitor daily site attendance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material requirements and follow up with the procurement team to ensure timely availability.
• Verify completed work before client and consultant inspections.
• Assist in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, work permits, inspection requests, and material records.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE by all site personnel.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while minimizing project delays.
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical standards, HSE regulations, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the UAE.
• Experience in MEP, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), RO/SWRO Plants, Industrial Projects, or Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, power distribution, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, cable laying, glanding, and termination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
