Electrical Supervisor (Maintenance)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within our facility/projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and electrical technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks ensuring timely project completion.
• Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards, safety codes, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on-site.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety procedures.
• Order and manage inventory for electrical supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications: Licensed Electrician or equivalent certification (if required by location).

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
