Electrical Supervisor – Switchboard Manufacturing

Location: East

Monday - Saturday: 8.30AM - 6PM (5.5days)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out hands-on electrical works in a switchboard manufacturing facility.
• Oversee electrical installation, assembly, and troubleshooting of MSB, MCC, SB, DB, and PLC panels.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective rectification measures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and team members.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and manpower to ensure timely job completion.
• Resolve technical issues and support smooth production and installation operations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in switchboard electrical works and manufacturing.
• Experience working in Singapore is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
• Experienced in switchboard assembly, installation, and electrical systems.
• Able to work independently, supervise teams, and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
