Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Technical Supervisor to supervise electrical site activities, coordinate technical teams, and ensure the safe and timely execution of electrical projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and 11 kV HT project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Project Execution: Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and project execution activities; including 11 kV HT electrical works.
2. Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
3. HT/LT Electrical Works: Coordinate HT/LT cable laying and termination, transformer installation, panel installation, Earthing, and substation-related activities.
4. Team Coordination: Manage electricians, technicians, contractors, and site workers to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
5. Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist with electrical testing, commissioning, fault identification, and resolution of technical issues.
6. Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations, particularly during HT works.
7. Material & Manpower Management: Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.
8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material usage details, and communicate updates to the Project Manager.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / BE / B.TECH in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• Relevant experience in electrical contracting, Project Execution and site supervision.

Required Experience

• 2-6+ years of experience in electrical site supervision or project execution.
• Practical exposure to 11 kV HT works, substations, cable laying, and transformer installation is preferred.
