Job description

We are seeking a proactive & self motivated Technical sales coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring smooth operations of sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with technical details of the order. Good understanding of electrical and electronics basics.

• Coordinate communication between sales representatives and customers, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and updated customer information in the CRM system.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

• Preference for candidates from electrical industry.

• Hindi will be an added advantage
