What they need
- Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik atau setara.
- Memahami dan mematuhi standar keselamatan kerja atau K3 Listrik (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja)
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang instalasi atau pemeliharaan listrik
- Memahami prinsip dasar arus kuat, arus lemah, dan sistem panel listrik
- Jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun mandiri.
- Menangani gangguan (troubleshooting) pada sirkuit, panel, dan peralatan listrik secara cepat.
- Dicari bebeapa teknisi untuk ditugaskan di daerah Binjai ( km. 15 ) dan derah Gatot Subroto
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
