THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Maintenance Shift Electricians to join our high performing team based at Cadia Valley Operations, near Orange NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with competitive rates, ongoing development opportunities, and a pathway into the mining industry. This is a residential role, and candidates will need to reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Orange region.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, equipment performance and safe operations across site.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Sound knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm safety culture
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Reliable, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on quality workmanship

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous mining industry experience
• Working at Heights certification
• Confined Space certification
• High Risk Work Licence - WP
• Current LV CPR certification
