What they need
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment or systems at customer sites.
- Identify issues through diagnostic tests, provide accurate solutions, and repair or replace defective parts.
- Communicate with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance procedures in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure all repairs are performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and hours worked.
- Provide on-site customer support and act as a point of contact for technical issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to resolve any outstanding concerns.
- Keep up to date with new product offerings, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
