What they need
Assemble solar arrays, mount racking hardware on roofs or ground mounts, and configure wiring, inverters, and battery storage systems. DC AC wiring,Basic understanding of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and proficiency with multimeters and power tools,Perform routine preventive checks, clean solar modules, and run diagnostic tests like IV curve tracing,Diagnose electrical faults, repair damaged wiring, and replace faulty inverters or connectors.Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to local and national electrical codes.
Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/wireman is the standard baseline, often supplemented by trade school certificates or electrotechnical training. Learn about expected trade qualifications through resources.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions at height
Willing to travel across Kerala
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
