Duration: Mid-October 2026 – 31 December 2026
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical.
- Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience, preferably in high-rise buildings.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems, distribution panels, lighting, generators, UPS, and emergency lighting.
- Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Experience with BMS and building services.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to respond to emergency callouts.
