Electrical Technician

Electrical Technician – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable local regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all electrical work meets quality and safety requirements from installation through project handover.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as an Electrician / Electrical Technician in residential and commercial projects.
• Valid electrician license or relevant trade certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and local regulations.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including hot weather.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and standing for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
