Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to handle electrical panel assembly, wiring, installation, cable termination, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, including MCC, DB, SMDB, PLC, VFD, and control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Install, terminate, and test power and control cables.
• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Identify electrical faults and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Use electrical testing instruments to check circuits, connections, and equipment performance.
• Ensure proper cable routing, termination, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Follow company HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance and report technical issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, panel wiring, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with electrical control panels, MCC, DB, SMDB, PLC, and VFD systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
