Electrical Technician

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/ITI in Electrician/Wireman Trade
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid "C" Licence from the State Electrical Licensing Board

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, capacitor banks, motors, pumps, and lighting systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and fault rectification.
• Perform cable laying, termination, panel wiring, and lighting maintenance.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and modifications of electrical systems.
• Maintain service records and material inventories.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety practices.
• Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and IT teams.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and equipment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments.
• Understanding of IS standards and electrical safety regulations.
• Basic computer proficiency.
