Electrical Technician (Electrical / Electronics)

About Us

Guilcor Industry Ltd. is the new Thai subsidiary of Guilcor Group (France), a manufacturer of industrial temperature sensors and probes (Pt100/RTD, thermocouples, thermistors) supplying customers in Europe and worldwide. We are setting up our new factory in Bangkok and are looking for a hands-on technician to take care of our production and electrical test machines.

Job Responsibilities

• Start up and check all machines every morning to make sure they are ready and correctly set.

• Perform daily verification of electrical test stations (continuity, resistance, insulation resistance, hipot) using reference samples.

• Set machine parameters and load test programs for every new product.

• Support test program validation with golden samples and First Article Inspection.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine breakdowns.

• Coordinate with machine suppliers for technical support.

• Keep maintenance and check records in our ERP system (Odoo).

• Work safely with high-voltage test equipment and maintain 5S.

Qualifications

• Diploma (ปวส.) or High Vocational in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance, machine or test technician in manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (multimeter, insulation tester, Hipot tester).

• Able to read wiring diagrams, drawings and technical documents.

• Basic English for reading manuals and communicating with the team.

• Basic Excel; willing to learn an ERP system.

Strong Advantage

• Experience in wire harness manufacturing, especially electrical testing (continuity, short circuit, insulation, Hipot, harness test boards / test systems).

• Understanding of typical harness test concerns: false pass/fail, open circuit, poor crimp, short circuit, mis-wiring, wrong test program, HV safety.

• Experience with wire cutting / stripping, crimping or tube cutting machines.

• Knowledge of temperature sensors (RTD Pt100, Thermistors NTC, Thermocouples) or PLC programming.

• Experience in an ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 environment.
