Electrical Technician (Master Electrician)

About the role

The Electrical Technician performs electrical maintenance, repair, installation and upgrade of electrical systems to ensure the required equipment availability, reliability, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance routine and corrective maintenance of all electrical installations and controls
• Conducts on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical installation breakdown
• Performs PMR of spare equipment and parts, servicing, and refurbishment of defective electrical equipment and system to ensure availability, reliability, and efficiency
• Provides the needed technical support and assistance to CCR Engineers during operation by attending to urgent requests and resolving electrical faults
• Executes commissioning activities of newly repaired, replaced, or installed electrical equipment prior to turn-over to production
• Ensures that maintenance activities are carried out in the most cost effective manner in accordance with quality requirements, standard operating procedure and are executed safely and effectively

About you

• Graduate in any of the following Engineering Technology courses: Electrical or BS Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience in the electrical maintenance field works in a manufacturing plant
• Must at least be a Registered Master Electrician
• Preferably with Driver's License
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
