Electrical Technician (MST)

The Electrician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs across restaurant branches to ensure electrical systems and equipment remain safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled electrical PMS across assigned branches.
• Respond to and complete electrical Job Orders (JOs) based on priority and urgency.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, wiring, motors, panels, and electrical components.
• Provide electrical support for restaurant and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems and identify potential faults, hazards, and breakdown risks.
• Perform basic electrical installation, replacement, and corrective work.
• Test repaired systems and equipment before closing Job Orders.
• Maintain accurate PMS, repair, and JO records.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Repair & Maintenance.
• Escalate work requiring specialized expertise, tools, or contractors.
• Provide rotational support across different restaurant branches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical graduate, preferably Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM).
• At least 2 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, wiring, breakers, outlets, lighting, motors, and electrical components.
• Restaurant, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience is preferred.
• Able to use basic electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Able to follow PMS procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Willing to travel and rotate across branches.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own motorcycle for branch support.
