We are currently recruiting experienced Revit Designers / BIM Modelers across Electrical, Telecom and Security disciplines to support the delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical projects.

Due to increasing project requirements, we have multiple opportunities available for experienced BIM professionals with strong Autodesk Revit capabilities and experience working within multidisciplinary engineering and design environments.

Electrical Revit Designer / Modeler – 7 Vacancies – URGENT

Telecom Revit Modeler – Multiple Vacancies

Opportunities are available for experienced Telecom/ELV BIM professionals to support detailed modelling and multidisciplinary design coordination.

Security Revit Modeler – Multiple Vacancies

We are seeking experienced Security BIM professionals with strong Revit capabilities and knowledge of physical and electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Revit Designer / Modeler

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models covering power distribution, cable containment, lighting, earthing and low-voltage systems.
• Produce drawings, schedules and BIM deliverables while incorporating engineering mark-ups, design revisions and coordination feedback.
• Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical and ICT disciplines, supporting clash detection and resolution throughout design and construction.

Telecom Revit Modeler

• Develop and maintain detailed Telecom / ELV Revit models, including layouts, containment systems, equipment placement and associated model information.
• Ensure models comply with required LOD, LOI, BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards.
• Coordinate Telecom/ELV models with architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, identifying and resolving clashes and modelling issues.

Security Revit Modeler

• Independently develop and maintain detailed Security BIM models, layouts and associated model information in accordance with design requirements.
• Own assigned Security model areas, conduct quality checks and resolve typical clashes while maintaining accurate parameters, system data and schedules.
• Coordinate proactively with architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and ICT teams and support multidisciplinary design and construction-stage coordination.

About You

Electrical Revit Designer / Modeler

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or a related discipline, with approximately 5–7 years' Electrical BIM modelling experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret electrical schematics, layouts, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services, including power distribution, cable containment, lighting, earthing and LV systems.

Telecom Revit Modeler

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics & Communications, ICT or a related BIM/CAD discipline, with 5–7 years' relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with experience developing and coordinating Telecom/ELV BIM models.
• Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and tools/CDEs such as Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 is highly desirable.

Security Revit Modeler

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Security Systems Engineering or a related BIM/CAD discipline, with 5+ years' relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, combined with a strong understanding of physical and electronic security systems design.
• Ability to interpret security schematics, single-line diagrams and specifications and coordinate security designs within multidisciplinary engineering environments.

Highly Desirable

Previous experience working on data centres, mission-critical facilities, large commercial developments, infrastructure or other technically complex projects will be highly regarded across all three disciplines.

Candidates with experience using Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other Common Data Environment platforms are particularly encouraged to apply.
