Electrical Test Engineer

Akkodis is recruiting for an Electrical Test Engineer for a client in the Everett, WA area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $45 an hour to $50 an hour depending on education and experience. As an Electrical Test Engineer you will be tasked with analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for production of new and existing products.

• Responsibilities: Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Drive quality through internal and external root cause countermeasure of failures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations.
• Coordinate design changes for existing stations as per product requirements.
• Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging.
• Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of related experience engineering experience.
• Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics.
• Programing language knowledge in one or more of the following: LabView / Teststand, C#, Java, Python, etc.
• Root cause analysis using various Problem-Solving methodologies.
