Role Overview
As an Electrical Test Technician, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every EPOD leaving our factory meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and technical precision, through rigorous visual inspection and energized testing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive "white-glove" audit of the unit (paint, seals, mechanical torque, and cable routing).
Perform continuity, insulation, and point-to-point wiring checks to ensure 100% accuracy against schematics.
Execute energized functional tests at 400V / 125A, verifying the performance of UPS, switchgears, and control systems.
Issue final test reports and "Pass/Fail" certifications for each EPOD.
Ensure and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard free environment.
Strictly manage the high-voltage test area, ensuring no unauthorized personnel are present during energized phases.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical degree in Electricity or Power Systems or similar.
Mandatory experience in Low Voltage testing and electrical safety protocols.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
High attention to detail (nothing leaves the factory without being perfect).
A functional level of English is highly valued.
Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
