Electrical Working Supervisor

About the Role:
Chord Engineering Ltd is recruiting an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be working in and around London on NHS hospitals and other commercial buildings, supervising electrical installations while remaining hands-on on the tools.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can lead by example, ensure high standards of work, and support the delivery of projects safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising electrical installation works on commercial projects
• Working on the tools alongside the team when required
• Coordinating labour and daily tasks on site
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Liaising with project managers and site management
• Maintaining quality control and productivity on site

Requirements:

• ECS Gold Card (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
• Proven experience supervising commercial electrical installations
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work well as part of a wider project team
