Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision: Lead and monitor the actual installation of structured cabling networks (fiber optic, Cat6A) and low-voltage auxiliary systems to ensure precise compliance with approved engineering designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Certifications: Licensed Engineer
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional engineering experience specifically handling IT deployment, structured cabling projects, or auxiliary/low-voltage installations.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven competency in network infrastructure layout, cable pathway design, and the integration of commercial auxiliary systems.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and practical experience using AutoCAD to read, interpret, and modify technical layout plans.
• Soft Skills: Strong site leadership skills, effective communication for client management, and the ability to solve technical issues independently on-site.
• Technical Documentation: Draft, review, and manage critical project deliverables, including technical submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), Execution Plans, as-built drawings, and progress reports.
• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct and validate the testing and commissioning of equipment (e.g., executing line testing via Fluke testers, troubleshooting network racks, and configuring IP-based auxiliary components).
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Actively manage subcontractors and coordinate with procurement to ensure technical specifications are met and materials arrive on schedule.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Implement quality control measures on-site to minimize back jobs, while enforcing strict adherence to company and client safety protocols.
