Electrical/Electronics Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

Creative Group of Industries is seeking three enthusiastic and technically sound Fresh Electrical / Electronics Engineers to join its engineering team. The selected candidates will assist in electrical and electronics maintenance, troubleshooting, industrial operations, control systems, and engineering projects at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Monitor industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, transformers, sensors, and power distribution networks.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults and support timely resolution of technical issues.
• Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Support PLCs, automation systems, instrumentation, and control circuits, as applicable.
• Assist in PCB testing, electronic circuit troubleshooting, and electronic component inspection.
• Support production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain electrical and electronics maintenance records.
• Assist in energy conservation, equipment efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSc Electrical Engineering or BSc Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, electronics, power distribution, control systems, and electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, automation, and electronic circuits will be an advantage.
• Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
