Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair blow molding machines used for PET bottles and jars production.
• Handle electrical and mechanical maintenance of production machinery, motors, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical panels, sensors, wiring, drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality.
• Coordinate with production staff to resolve technical issues and improve machine efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and breakdown reports.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and proper maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in plastic processing, PET bottle/jar manufacturing, or blow molding machines will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and industrial troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify faults quickly and work under production deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in blow molding machines and PET packaging manufacturing.
