Electrical/Pump Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Pump Technician to join our team. Must have previous water pump experience or high voltage electrical experience. This role involves working in a a fast pace environment where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pumping systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical, plumbing, pump and crane knowledge, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills and drive needed for this position. these skills MUST include Electrical knowledge, Plumbing, Pump truck operation. MUST KNOW ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE OF 230/480 VOLT 3 PHASE and how to troubleshoot motor/ pump issues. Vfd, PLC, and Scada knowledge preferred. again must know how to troubleshoot HIGH voltage electrical.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot pumping systems and associated equipment.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for system diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct field service operations, including customer service interactions to address technical inquiries.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics.
• Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Execute welding tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
• Experience in technical sales is a plus, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide timely solutions.
• Knowledge of pump and electrical systems is beneficial for comprehensive service delivery.
• Military experience is valued for its emphasis on discipline and technical skills.
