JOB DESCRIPTION — ELECTRICIAN

Position: Electrician
Department: Maintenance / Facilities
Deployment Location: Clark, Pampanga, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Project Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical plans, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Conduct electrical testing and inspections.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other maintenance personnel.
• Maintain electrical tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Deployment Requirement

• Willing to be deployed and assigned to a project/site in Clark, Pampanga.
• Must be willing to work on-site and follow the required project schedule.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required by the project.
• Must comply with site-specific safety rules, access requirements, and company policies.
• Ability to work in construction, industrial, commercial, or facility environments as required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate, preferably in Electrical Technology.
• Valid electrician certification/license, if required.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant electrical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
