Electrician

**Job description:**We are seeking a skilled Electrician with minimum 1-3 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Use various tools and meters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Troubleshooting abilities and service work experience
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, JLG’s, and boom trucks
• Wire pulling and terminations
• MC cable, various types of conduits, raceway and wiring installations
• Work and communicate well with other employees

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial settings.
• Familiarity with construction site environments and practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of NEC standards and regulations related to electrical installations.
• Ability to work on low voltage systems preferred
• Experience with access control and camera systems is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on scheduled projects
