Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work with both power and hand tools. The Electrician will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards while adhering to relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are preferred.

Self Employed vacancy where own tools and vehicle is required. Pay is weekly, overtime available. 40+ hours
