Electrician

Qualifications

·         Graduate of electrical engineering/technology

·         Less than 30 years old (Preferred)

·         Can Drive 4 wheels

·         TESDA (NC) II in Electrical Installation

• Proven experience as a Tower Electrician or similar role
• Knowledge of  telecommunications systems
• Willing to be assigned in Luzon and Visayaz
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent physical condition and coordination
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
• Certification in tower climbing and rescue preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform tower modifications, including antenna changes, coaxial cable replacement, and tower hardware upgrade

·         Test and troubleshoot equipment to identify any operational problems.

• Adhere to industry safety and quality standards.
• Complete detailed documentation and reports on work performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about work progress and challenges.
