Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in the hotel.
• Handle electrical work for guest rooms, restaurant, banquet halls, kitchen, lobby and back-of-house areas.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs and other electrical equipment.
• Maintain and repair lights, fans, AC electrical connections, geysers, pumps and other electrical equipment.
• Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns and guest/department maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize electrical failures.
• Ensure proper functioning of emergency lighting and electrical safety systems.
• Maintain electrical tools, equipment and basic maintenance records.
• Follow hotel safety standards and electrical safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for major repairs and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in all work areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrician in a hotel, resort, commercial building or similar property preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• ITI Electrician certification or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
