Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair existing electrical equipment for both commercial and residential projects;
• Diagnose, install, and repair storage systems, electrical components, and EV chargers for commercial and residential properties;
• Determine the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs;
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects;
• Evaluate customer requests, provide work order descriptions, and price projects for commercial and residential customers;
• Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner;
• Communicate and document progress to customers and relevant employees;
• Work with CRM software (ServiceTitan);
• Follow established processes and procedures for commercial and residential works;
• Follow safe work practices, prioritizing the safety of both the customer and oneself.

Job Requirements:

• Electrical Experience: 2 years in USA as needed;
• Good driving record and valid driver license as needed;
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed;
• Professional appearance and demeanor;
• Positive attitude;
• Team player who can work independently;
