-High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
-TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in:
Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II
Plumbing NC II (preferred or additional advantage)
-At least 1–2 years of work experience in building maintenance, construction, electrical work, or plumbing tasks.
-Experience working in commercial, residential, or institutional buildings such as hospitals, hotels, or office spaces is preferred.
-Physically fit and able to work on ladders, confined spaces, or elevated areas.
-May require work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules depending on maintenance needs.
-Can start immediately
