Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new residential custom homes, ensuring compliance with all safety and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics to execute precise electrical installations.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Manage materials and tools effectively to ensure smooth workflow on each project site.
• Document work performed and report progress or issues to supervisors regularly.

Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of residential electrical experience, preferably with expertise in custom home wiring.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices within residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
