Electrician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites for a residential project. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad range of electrical skills in a dynamic environment. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters and ammeters. A strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards is essential. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and installation tasks
• Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, ammeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues
• Follow NEC regulations and safety protocols
• Perform wiring for construction projects including framing carpentry as needed for support structures
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Assist in the setup of electrical components on construction sites, including conduit bending, cable pulling, and fixture installation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician in residential setting
• Construction site experience preferred
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, ammeters, and other electrical testing equipment
• Knowledge of NEC standards
• Experience working with construction teams on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and protocols
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Valid certification or license as required by local regulations is a plus
