Our leadership team brings extensive experience from both the residential and commercial renewable energy sectors, and we are looking for quality people who want to grow alongside the business long-term.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated electricians and apprentices to join our growing team delivering premium residential renewable energy and electrical solutions.

The role includes:

• Solar and battery installations
• EV charger installations
• Switchboard upgrades and associated electrical works
• System commissioning and testing
• Fault finding and service work
• Ensuring installations meet all compliance and safety standards
• Working closely with a capable team that values quality workmanship and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• C-Class Driver's License
• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Construction Induction White Card
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
• Professional presentation and communication skills

Highly regarded:

• SAA Solar Accreditation
• SAA Battery Accreditation
• Stand-alone Power Systems (SPS / Off-Grid) Accreditation
• Working at Heights
• Refrigerant Handling Licence / Split System experience

Pay Structure

• From $60/hr + bonuses for experienced electricians without solar and battery accreditations

• Up to $70/hr + bonuses for electricians holding a strong combination of:

  • SAA Solar Accreditation
  • SAA Battery Accreditation
  • Stand-alone Power Systems (SPS / Off-Grid) Accreditation
  • Working at Heights
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence

Electricians without these accreditations will be supported in obtaining them through the business as part of their long-term development within the company.
