Key Responsibilities by Business Unit

A. Construction & Building Projects

·         Temporary & Permanent Wiring: Lay out temporary power supply for job sites; install permanent conduits, cables, panel boards, and lighting fixtures according to electrical codes.

·         Blueprint Reading: Interpret electrical schematics, architectural plans, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

·         Testing & Inspection: Conduct insulation resistance (Megger testing), continuity tests, and earth-grounding checks prior to system energization.

B. Facade Engineering (Glass & Aluminum)

·         Automated Equipment: Wire and troubleshoot automatic sliding doors, motorized glass curtain wall systems, power-operated louvers, and window actuators.

·         CNC & Glass Machinery: Perform preventive electrical maintenance on CNC aluminum cutters, edge polishers, and glass tempering/laminating machines.

·         Safety Integration: Maintain safety sensors, limit switches, and emergency shutdown mechanisms on glass processing lines.

C. Furniture Manufacturing

·         Industrial Machinery Support: Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems powering woodworking CNC routers, automated edge banders, dust extraction units, and spray booth ventilation.

·         Motor & PLC Controls: Inspect relay logic, motor starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and basic PLC controls to minimize factory downtime.

D. Property & Leasing Operations

·         Facility Maintenance: Maintain electrical systems in leased commercial, residential, and retail properties (lighting, sub-meters, power sockets, water pumps).

·         Backup & Life Safety Systems: Conduct routine inspections on backup diesel generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), UPS systems, emergency lighting, and Fire Alarm Systems (FDAS).

·         Tenant Support: Respond quickly to tenant maintenance requests and resolve electrical faults safely.

E. Trading & Warehousing

·         Material Handling Equipment: Inspect and assist with charge stations for electric forklifts, reach trucks, and warehouse lighting systems (high-bay LEDs).

·         Facility Power Distribution: Ensure stable power distribution across storage spaces and loading bays.
