Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and commercial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults and determine appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards, NEC guidelines, and local electrical codes for safety and compliance.
• Perform maintenance on industrial electrical systems and participate in renovation or construction projects involving electrical wiring and system upgrades.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment safely while following electrical safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and high-voltage wiring in industrial environments.

Skills

• Proven experience as an electrician in industrial and commercial settings with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local electrical codes.
• Skilled in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and blueprints related to construction or renovation projects.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining safety protocols.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with high-voltage wiring practices and low-voltage system installations across construction sites or facilities.
• Strong hand tool skills combined with the ability to operate power tools safely during installation or repair tasks.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures including lockout/tagout practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Construction site experience with a focus on renovation projects or new builds involving detailed blueprint reading and precise wiring work.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
