  • Carry out electrical isolations and de-isolations in accordance with safe systems of work.
  • Support the development and delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Undertake planned maintenance on HVAC control systems and other critical infrastructure.
  • Identify root causes of faults and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs using the Club’s BMS/CAFM system.
  • Participate in capital (Capex) projects, including planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of new equipment.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and support the installation of plant and systems.
  • Monitor and manage floodlighting systems during matches and update software as required.
  • Support Conference & Events (C&E) operations as required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and proactively identify and escalate risks or unsafe conditions.
  • Ensure correct use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Adhere to the Club’s sustainability policies at all times.
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively to minimise disruption and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to deliver work efficiently and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear updates on maintenance activities and issues.
