Electrician

Here's what you can expect from us:

• Hourly pay - $35-45 per hour, depending on experience.
• Regular 40 hour weeks, typically 8-4:30 daily, but this can vary for some jobs.
• Occasional overtime. Time and 1/2 after 8 hours.
• We like our families, so we typically don't work weekends or do emergency on-call work.
• First 2 weeks will be work along or ride along so you see how we work.
• Company vehicle to take home or park at shop for qualified technicians.

Electric Enterprises is a family owned and operated electrical company serving residential and commercial clients in and around Kendall, Kane, Dupage and Will Counties.

Our primary focus is in electrical troubleshooting, service upgrades, panel replacements, EV chargers, generators and we're expanding into solar installations as an Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) certified installer. We are also an ICC certified EV Charging Station Installer and ComEd EV Service Provider.

What we do:

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial electrical systems in a safe and workmanlike manner.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the most effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
• Document work and materials used via job management software (we use Jobber).

Who works for us:

• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Understand how to navigate National Electrical Code book.
• Electrical troubleshooting and installation knowledge. Must be self sufficient.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Detail-oriented and professional in appearance and communication.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
