BONUS SKILLS:

  1. Refrigeration Knowledge: Familiarity with refrigeration systems and principles, including understanding of temperature control, refrigerants, and compressor operations, can enhance effectiveness in maintaining cold storage equipment.
  2. HVAC Skills: Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, particularly in cold storage environments, for troubleshooting temperature control issues and ensuring optimal conditions for perishable goods.
  3. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as refrigeration technician certification can demonstrate competence and enhance credibility.
  4. Multi Skilling: Cross-training in other maintenance disciplines, such as mechanical or plumbing, to provide additional support and flexibility in addressing facility maintenance needs.
