Electrician

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and systems in accordance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose electrical faults in industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility electrical systems using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
• Repair or replace defective wiring, electrical components, fixtures, and other related equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of new machinery and electrical systems.
• Identify potential electrical hazards and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues and support uninterrupted production operations.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.
• Respond to urgent electrical and equipment breakdowns as required.

What We’re Looking For

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course graduate, preferably with TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II or NC III certification.
• Completion of electrician or electrical technician training from TESDA or another recognized institution.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in an industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial electrical systems, electrical components, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in using electrical tools and testing instruments, such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC system inspection, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, PLC troubleshooting, and automation equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, motor controls, and electrical maintenance in manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability improvement.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
