We are looking for a motivated and responsible Electrician to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our plant's electrical systems and equipment.

Job Summary

The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and plant equipment. The candidate should be willing to work in an industrial manufacturing environment and follow all electrical safety procedures.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, motors, pumps, panels, and other plant equipment.
• Assist in the installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Maintain electrical panels, cables, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Follow electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements, and applicable PPE guidelines.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the electrical maintenance area.

Required Qualifications

• ITI in Electrician trade or an equivalent relevant electrical qualification preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, electrical panels, and industrial equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious attitude.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
