Overview

Brad’s Electrical Construction Company is a local commercial and industrial electrical contractor serving the Triad. We handle both service work and larger job/construction projects — including renovations, new construction, generators, and related systems.

We’re looking for a skilled electrician who can move between service calls and job sites, work safely and efficiently, and deliver clean, code-compliant work. If you like a mix of troubleshooting and installation and want steady commercial work with a local crew, this is a good fit.

Duties

• Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on commercial and industrial electrical systems

• Install, rough-in, and finish electrical systems on construction and renovation projects

• Read and work from prints, schematics, and specifications

• Run and terminate conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC) and wiring for power, lighting, and related systems

• Troubleshoot faults using standard diagnostic tools (multimeters, etc.) and correct issues safely

• Install and work on generators, distribution equipment, and related commercial systems as needed

• Follow NEC, local codes, and company safety procedures on every job

• Keep work areas clean, document work as required, and communicate clearly with the crew and office

Experience

• Experience as an electrician on commercial or industrial service and/or construction work

• Ability to read electrical prints and schematics

• Solid skills with conduit bending, wiring, terminations, and basic troubleshooting

• Familiarity with the NEC and safe work practices

• Comfortable working both independently on service calls and as part of a crew on job sites

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain) preferred

• Experience with generators, motor controls, or low-voltage systems is a plus but not required
