Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician for a manufacturing or plastic moulding unit. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical systems and production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment and plastic moulding machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, control panels, motors, and electrical circuits.
• Handle maintenance and servicing of electrical panels, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, starters, and motor drives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems associated with injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Inspect and maintain motors, pumps, heaters, sensors, switches, and other electrical components.
• Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
• Monitor electrical systems and ensure safe and efficient operation of production machinery.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records and report recurring faults to the Maintenance In-charge.
• Follow electrical safety procedures, including proper isolation and lockout/tagout practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing or plastic moulding industry.
• Practical knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with motors, control panels, electrical wiring, contactors, relays, and starters.
• Knowledge of injection moulding machines and related auxiliary equipment will be preferred.
• Ability to identify electrical faults and carry out repairs independently.
• Good understanding of industrial electrical safety practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
