Duties

• Assist electricians with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Prepare work sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for electrical tasks
• Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and voltage testers to support electrical work
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
• Support the setup of low voltage systems and power tools to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Help with the organization of materials and cleanup of work areas after project completion

Qualifications

• Prior experience or familiarity with industrial electrician work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Basic electrical experience including understanding of wiring, circuits, and electrical components
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of schematics, blueprints reading, and technical diagrams is advantageous
• Experience with low voltage systems or construction projects is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
